GTM Stack Zero-Error Administration
Managed end-to-end administration of five integrated GTM platforms, building monitoring and maintenance processes that maintained zero-record error logs and 100% cross-platform data consistency.
I help revenue teams turn their GTM data into pipeline decisions they can actually act on. That means building the reporting, maintaining the systems, and closing the gaps between what CRMs capture and what leadership needs to see — so that BD, Sales, and CS aren’t flying blind.
My path into RevOps started in customer analytics at a utility company in Louisville, where I learned how to translate operational data into insights that leadership would actually read. From there I moved into BI consulting at MarketStar, building reporting frameworks and Looker Studio dashboards for Google’s Enterprise and Education sales teams. That work sharpened my SQL chops and taught me how to design scalable analytics for fast-moving BDR orgs.
Now at Trella Health, I own the full RevOps stack — Salesforce, Marketo, Planhat, Gong, Salesloft — and build the weekly KPI reporting that BD, Sales, and CS leadership depends on. I’ve compressed sales cycles, overhauled lifecycle campaigns in Marketo end-to-end, and maintained zero-error records across five integrated platforms. I’m most energized when I can connect a dashboard metric to a real decision someone made that week.

Designed analytics dashboards and prospecting tooling for revenue teams that surfaced bottlenecks and enabled proactive outreach, compressing the average sales cycle and improving churn-risk identification.
Led a full-scale redesign of the customer lifecycle in Marketo — from diagnosing process gaps with Marketing through prototyping, documentation, and deploying the new campaign architecture to production.
